About the Alberta P3 Schools Bundle (P3SB2) Project:

In September 2021, Concert Infrastructure and its partners secured the contract to design, build, finance and maintain five high schools in Alberta. The five high schools can accommodate nearly 7,000 students. They are located in the following communities:
•    Blackfalds – Grade 9-12 school, Wolf Creek Public Schools
•    Edmonton – Grade 10-12 school in the southeast, Edmonton Public Schools
•    Edmonton – Grade 10-12 school in Heritage Valley, Edmonton Catholic Schools
•    Langdon – Grade 7-12 school, Rocky View Schools
•    Leduc – Grade 10-12 school, Black Gold School Division

The project is delivered through a public private partnership (P3) model with the Government of Alberta and will be maintained by Concert Infrastructure and its partners over a 30-year project concession term that concludes in 2054.
